If you watched the finals, you'd know both the Celtics and Warriors run a lot of plays and record a lot of assists. Yes, bad teams have bad offenses, just like at any level of any sport.

Pick and roll is a good way to play basketball, by the way. A good pick and roll is good, efficient offense. Iso with the right player can also be efficient basketball.
