NBA is where you see actual innovative offense ran correctly and well, NCAA you see less talented players executing poorly in inefficient offenses. Most of my recent NCAA exposure is Cuonzo ball though.

It's like NCAA emulates NBA, but NBA offenses only work because their crazy high levels of talent.
