all out of the ordinary for the #1 scoring option on a given team. James Harden led the league in assists while averaging 19 shots per game. Russell Westbrook led the league in assists three times averaging 21, 20 and 19 shots a game respectively.

It's possible to both score and facilitate and Lillard does both.
