questions asked and the demographical data of those asked. There is a lot that goes into quality polling.

The easiest way to slant results is in the questions themselves. That is why you see polls saying they 2/3rds of Americans support abortion as well as polls showing 2/3rds of Americans don't. Ask the question one way and you are likely to get a certain answer ask it another and it goes the other way.
