The Constitution clearly states that only state legislatures can change state election law.

And again, how do we know they lacked evidence? Why no open court hearings?
-- they were ALL open. ALL of them. That's why you can read the filings, the rulings, and the dismissals. You can also read how these suits were devoid of evidence.
