to be an instigation of the subsequent events and I'd have no problem with him being investigated for it. I don't know that the Bernie situation is a good analogy, but I'd have to go back and revisit his comments.

To me, it's not a lot different than the Cosmic Pizza shooter. Ultimately, it's still primarily on the guy who got in his car with a loaded gun, but they definitely tilled the ground and threw in some fertilizer and want to act surprised that something sprouted.
