responsible for the "insurrection" - a totally absurd idea in any case - then if someone had actually committed a murder at that riot, by Hume's reasoning why not charge trump for that too.

Also totally absurd, to include legally speaking. Dammit, doesn't the right say people need to be held accountable and more responsible?

I hate it when the right is hypocritical as well as wrong. And I clearly refer to those who actually commit the act, not those who have talked about it.
