"unfettered capitalism." Trust me, I'm not challenging your beliefs as to whether or not this is good for college sports. If you like it and are cool with MU potentially dropping into complete irrelevance, great. But I would suggest as others have that sports are different. What's the point of putting athletic competition out of business? I also find it interesting how easy it is for posters here to suggest how wealthy folks with any ties to MU should spend their money. Lots of people are or will be turned off by all of this. And for what it's worth, I don't blame kids for wanting a piece of the pie. That's not where the problem lies.
Edit: I suppose I did challenge your beliefs - just not in a ****ed off way. I'm just trying to understand.
