to increase competition at the position (he wants that at every position, I'm sure). And from what I've heard from Macon and Cook, they aren't afraid of that. It's possible that some of the high profile QBs who came here weren't promised the starting job, which is why they went elsewhere. The current guys just don't have much experience. He wouldn't have kept them on the roster if he didn't believe in them.
