qualified person for the job – which is all that should matter – not a single person said yes.

Even wutang (an AD shill) acknowledged that he's not.

So if he's not the most qualified candidate, why is he on the radar? What other possible conclusion could a person draw?

Keep in mind, DRF heads the "National Coalition Of Minority Coaches" and has said before she gives preference based on skin tone (which is racial discrimination). It was definitely a factor in his hiring. The head coach of an Horizon League team wouldn't otherwise have received consideration.
