qualified candidates because of their lighter skin tone.

There's absolutely NO WAY this guy, with this resume, would be considered for this job if not for his race.

THAT is what's racist. It's also unfair to the program and its fans.

If the most qualified person is black, then hire him. But that's not the case here.
