incident to blame Russia.

If it was an honest mistake, at least they should not be spreading it around the world as proof of how horrible Russia is.

It apparently is deliberate misinformation.

In a worst case scenario they shot up the car & killed the journalist in a false flag type of operation to stir up hatred of Russia and add to the drumbeat for expanding the war.
