My post was on oil production. The Dakotas were part of the big oil boom back when prices were high last time (I knew a few people that made very good money out there). My references was to the fact that I do not know where the Dakotas were (in terms of current oil production). I know they reduced...not sure if they went to zero, some minimal level, or the state of the production places now. Given the current price of oil, it seems quite plausible they would be turned on, but I have no idea if that is a 3 month project, 6 months, or > year.
