There is a big oil crunch GOING ON RIGHT NOW. Do you really think that everyone can send their vehicles to junk yards and buy new electric cars tomorrow?

Have you even tried going down to a local car dealer to see about buying an electric vehicle? The very few available are selling above list price and there may be a long wait to get it. What would people do with the millions of gasoline and diesel fuel vehicles that they already own? Sell them to someone else... in Russia?

What about jets? Are there a lot of electric jets and helicopters available for sale? Is our military outfitted well with electric tanks, humvees, etc.? Could we replace a significant portion of our truck fleet by tomorrow? or our buses?
