Deliberately goading Japan into bombing Pearl Harbor isn't up for much debate.

As for my point to Hokie, his whole premise of his post is that FDR took his eye off Asia and allowed them a chance to "sneak attack" the US is just wrong and flat out dumb for anyone that knows anything about history.
