who is established and successful at one program won't necessarily translate to a different situation. What is not risky at all is remaining with Cuonzo, we already know for certainty that won't work.
It would be interesting what criteria they base the definition of 'major upgrade' upon and who they consider viable candidates to feel out based on that. This sounds like we are going the route that ended up with us hiring Frank Haith.
