Someone already established and winning at a P5+ school. They don't think it's an upgrade to move from CM to an unproven mid-major candidate. It's all about poaching someone who's already successful.

I'm less certain that Cuonzo will be back than I have been for most of the season, but I still think the overwhelming likelihood is that Cuonzo Martin is still the coach in 2022-23.
