One thing I'd consider is how many people have avoided seeking medical treatment during this time that may have exacerbated an underlying condition. Have they become depressed? Have they begun drinking more ? Have they stopped exercising? Did they gain significant weight? When's the last time they saw a doctor?
An increase in deaths should be looked into, but thinking it's caused by three distinct vaccines seems like a convenient excuse.
