We have 5 years of evidence that this is not a coaching staff that is good at coaching. Yes there are also seasons where they have inadequate rosters because they also aren't good at recruiting, player retainment, or player development. But there is no roster that would look maximized and reach its potential under this staff. The fundamental limitation is how inadequate they are at coaching.
