He turned them around with back to back winning seasons and they still fired him.


The Texans hired David Culley who had no talent and they fired him after 1 year.


The chargers fired Anthony Lynn for not reaching the playoffs. Then they hired some nerd who lost them multiple games by going for stupid 4th downs and wasted a year with one of the most talented qbs in the afc.

Hell the chiefs fired herm edwards to hire Todd ****ing Haley.


These executives often have no clue what they’re doing or why they’re doing it. Interviewing a minority candidate is a part of their job description as an nfl executive. They’re the ones who argued for it and agreed to it.
