prior to even being considered for a solid organ transplant at most transplant centers:

Flu (annually)
Tdap (every 10 years)
Hep B (must have titers drawn that demonstrate vaccination)
Hep A (only if getting a liver or high risk factors)
Pneumococcal (both Prevnar13 and pneumovax23)
Shingles (if over 50)
MMR (only if rubella titers are negative)

In order for a transplant to survive, the patient has to take massive immunosuppressants - to the point that their immune system is equivalent to someone with HIV. Vaccinations are a essential aspect to patient survival.
