GOP scores are way over-inflated

especially in times when the Dems are in charge and they vote against everything. For example, the last financial package, many GOP wanted a trillion, but got credit for voting against 2 trillion.

Anyone who voted for all the packages last year should receive a lifetime F. That pretty much leaves maybe only Paul in the Senate.
