They count voting for confirmations of Cabinet members as votes against Liberty. I am a strong believer that a president has a right to their nominees unless there is a glaring and egregious reason to vote against. Not liking their politics alone is not a reason to vote against someone. For many on this list, that is a major set of the votes impacting their scores negatively. I disagree with that standard.
