If I'm in CMs situation I know what I have in the transfers

and this season is toast so I go all in developing the freshman because they are the only hope for a decent season next year. And maybe that gets CM another season if the freshman show some decent progress.

If I'm AD maybe I decide to give him one more year. I don't give him another year if he plays the transfers over developing something for the future. No matter what the transfers do it won't be enough to save this turd season from being one of the worst ever.
