would come when we were up by 20 and not down by 20.

In retrospect, the SMU win looks pretty good as they have some decent wins against Dayton (beat ku) and Vandy. We are one of their 3 losses. Easily offset by the UMKC and Liberty losses though. It will hurt SMU more than it helps us.
