Lawyers especially, was the decision in 1973 correct? From a legal and constitutional standpoint.
My opinion; it was bad law and should be overturned. That does not ban abortion, it lets each state decide.
And if our sanctimonious politicians are so determined that abortion should or should not be allowed, why not decide it in congress instead of the courts?
