The events that happened in the offseason of 2014 resulting in a 851 APR score are the same things which happen, often to a much greater degree, in almost every season at MU since then. The only difference is MU requested no waivers and took the full penalty on each possible scenario that offseason. Maybe that is because we had a D2 staff that was in over their heads and didn't know how anything works, but more likely it was purposeful and self inflicted.
They didn't handcuff Kim at all. We had historic levels of turnover throughout his era, higher than at any point in MU history. APR was a non-factor for him.
