We were trying to retroactively scapegoat Haith so instead of requesting waivers like we do every single year we took the full penalty on guys that left during Kim's tenure and created a narrative that the APR issues arose during Haith's. It was just a different angle but same premise the self imposed probation and vacating a season of wins.
