out of control forever in defending themselves at ANY provocation, real or perceived. They're just now being sometimes held accountable for gross irresponsibility. About goddam time.

Incidentally, they have also been guilty forever of things like planting false evidence, lying in court and changing records and paperwork. That alone should be jail time.
