and something a DA in Utah pointed out was that when you slow video down enough you can distort perspective to sell about any story. One cop in Salt Lake was telling a kid with earphones on to STOP MOVING, the kid turned around with a can of soda in his hand and the cop shot him dead. Body cam caught it. Slowed way down - IS THAT A GUN ? The officer claimed later he was scared to death of the young boy with the earplug walking away from him, a kid who had no idea the cops who had just gotten there had any interest in either him or his brothers. And he was shot dead. Slo-mo does amazing things. We saw that in the Kyle case too.
