I grew up when football was football, a catch a catch, a fumble a fumble. Slowing down that tape MAY show player's foot was out of bounds or that he was down prior to fumbling the ball. The "rulings" on much of that have gotten pretty stupid by and by.

And you miss the point given by Utah DA who came around to say ya know, slowing the tape alters perspective. COULD IT HAVE BEEN A GUN - sorry the cop did not view it in 1/16th time - neither did Kyle.
