point. They need to show some patience. Just last year, his team won the SEC East, right? The guy is a great coach (though not a great recruiter). And the next guy they hire for 4-5 mil will very likely not be any better. One bad (okay, disastrous for UF's standards) year shouldn't be enough to fire a guy.
