First to be clear let me say that i don't like you. I think you're an ass and you and i have diametrically opposed political philosophies.
Notwithstanding my personal animus towards you, i am willing to entertain the idea that you are a good or excellent teacher; non partisan, non idealogical and dedicated to the kids.
I doubt it, but i will allow for the possibility.
I am curious about a couple things, feel free to ignore them or call names, "drop the mike" and fist bump your fellow travelers.
I will understand either option. I don't share my personal information on this board and i'll accept your refusal to answer.
Nonetheless:
1. What subject and what grade do you teach?
2. Urban, suburban or rural school? I don't care where, i'm not trying to spy on you, i don't care. Just want to get the context.
3. How do you feel about teachers who try to convince students about trump or obama or unions or american traditions and values, especially if the teacher is a gym teacher or a math teacher with ostensibly no connection to any of those issues?
4. Do you agree with the teaching of critical race theory? Don't spin here, i know that CRT is widespread but rarely called CRT. The principles are taught under the guise and camouflage of benign and compassionate sounding...lies.
5. Do you agree with allowing boys to use the girls bathrooms, ever?
6. Should masks be required in all schools for all students at all times?
7. Do political discussions in your classroom. Do they happen in private conversations with students?
8. Should black students be graded easier?
9. Should diversity be one of the primary factors in deciding hiring, grading and admission into gifted and talented programs?
Just trying to see how and if your personal political philosophy is applied to your work.
