for just seven in my career. I don't believe any of them were agenda driven. But once you left the building level there were all kinds of agendas at play. I think HS principals have to walk a political and social mine field and are very careful about what they say or do.

When I worked in KCK about a decade ago almost every admin in the central office was LGBTQrstuv so the agenda was overwhelming in that district. Once again most of the agenda crap comes from on high, not in the building.

I agree that good teachers just want to teach. I also think that good admins just want to help teachers teach. The ones pushing political or social agendas are not good admins.
