talent development starts young, especially in the state of Texas. Down there, the middle school/junior high programs run the same offenses as the high school(s), resulting in well-trained, high disciplined programs. Plus, their facilities are light years better. In addition to stadiums that rival or surpass small college stadiums, programs like Chase Daniel's high school have indoor practice facilities. Not to mention Texas and many other southern states have spring football/7-on-7 competition.
