Too many variables here. I would allow for exceptions in some situations based on age, rape, incest or other issues.

I just don’t like ignoring 99.999% of the circumstances rather than making policy based on that huge percentage. I think you make policy based on the vast majority and allow for exceptions.

It makes no sense to me to do the reverse; set policy based on a fraction of 1% of occurrences and make everyone abide by that.

Again, that is how we got to the defund the police fiasco. That is why we must pretend that transsexuals are 50% of the population and allow for 32 different pronouns, genders and fantasies by crazy people.
