Obviously people will still get abortions, it will just become more dangerous to do so and poor people will get in trouble for it. But people who don't know those involved will feel better about themselves for their own internal moral reasons that they were able to make it more difficult.

Then after many years of lives ruined we will modernize and remove the stigma surrounding it.
