We’re rescuing Americans and Allies from a desperate situation. Decisive action now may cost far less in terms of lives and resources in the long run than doing nothing.

The course of action is simple and straight forward: 1. We tell the Taliban we’re coming to get our people, our friends and our allies. If the Taliban oppose us, we use whatever force is required.

And I don’t hate the Taliban, I just recognize them for what they are. You can’t trust them, you can’t make deals with them that they’ll keep. The only thing you can do is impose suffice to costs onand they won’t keep any deal they make. That’s just who they are.
