being a non-factor. If our AD makes a good hire to replace CM, we can recover quickly. Look at what Pearl did at Auburn.

But you're right - if we stink in the noncon, it likely means a pretty terrible (or at best mediocre) season. Even if CM isn't fired at the end of this season after that, he'll be gone the next year (barring a recruiting miracle).
