requiring flu vaccines for years, as an example. I'm not sure how this is any different.
btw, i'm not pro or anti-vax per se. I think it SHOULD be up to the person/employee and not the employer. I sort of understand it in a health care setting, like a hospital, for it to be required but I don't really agree with the idea of most employers requiring it.
I think they CAN but whether they SHOULD is a different argument.
