Understand the meaning of de facto.

De facto - in fact, or in effect, whether by right or not.

They may not have a right to said car but if they are in possession of it and using it as theirs then they are the de facto owner.

Try educating yourself just once. Your ignorance and pride in displaying it gets tiresome.
