This guy talks about systemic racism (clearly the reason for all current black failures) and yet most inner city schools are run by blacks. Most big city mayors are Dems and many are black. Been this way for decades. So why are inner city schools so bad? Systemic racism? Really?

Please explain why this message is being reported.
