special minorities, aren't they in effect discriminating AGAINST everyone else?

Doesn't the quest for diversity in fact REQUIRE discrimination against non favored groups?

Don't get me wrong it's certainly ok. Racism has been approved and implemented by the biden administration as long as the correct group is hated.

Just want to get the definition straight. Is there any room for honesty in government or the media?
