One of the neatest places I have every seen--took a train from Paris to Normandy--to Bayeaux

My Dad's first action as he flew a B-24 over Normandy to bomb the Germans. Ended the war flying B-17s and bombing Germany. His last mission was dropping food on Holland which had been bypassed in the drive to Germany

Please explain why this message is being reported.
