making unit in a cell is OUTSIDE THE NUCLEUS. The mRNA in the vaccine triggers the protein making unit to produce a spike protein. The mRNA comes from the vaccine.

In normal protein making. The DNA is used in the nucleus to produce mRNA. Special enzymes allow the mRNA to pass the nuclear membrane to exit the nucleus. The protein sees the mRNA instructions and makes a protein.

With the COVID-19 vaccine the special enzymes to pass the nuclear membrane do not exist. It cannot enter the nucleus where the DNA is at. And it does not need to since the protein making unit is outside the nucleus.

In the second half of the video, it illustrated how cancer is mutated DNA. With mRNA AND the special enzymes they hope to be able to use it to pass the nuclear membrane and fix the mutated DNA causing cancer. But this has nothing to do with the COVID-19 vaccine.
