hours to your day for every practice. Game days add six hours to your day. Volleyball had tournies most Saturdays and those were good for anywhere from eight to fourteen hours. In season an easy week was 55 hours, on a tourney week it was well over 70.

When I am just teaching my weeks are about 45 hours.

As to my posting, I am currently on my plan. Even when in class all of my work is posted online so I monitor my students as I post here. It is not like TB requires a lot of attention to follow.
