We have a economic problem in this country because we have a cultural issue in certain sectors where educations is simply not valued and therefore futures are marginalized if not permanently limited. If this is the case with the 12 years of education currently being offered, how does offering 4 more years of what is already not being valued a solution?
For instance, if you owned a restaurant where a certain item on the menu was not being ordered, would you respond by stocking up on twice as much of that food?
