The NCAA investigation was in the years after he left, we didn't vacate any wins until 2016 and that was an MU decision, and Haith went on record saying he had enough returning talent to win at least 20 games the next season.
He left because MU didn't give him a contract extension and because his relationship with his terrible boss had eroded to the same point as all of his predecessors at MU.
Haith would have easily fielded a team talented enough to be in NCAA contention in 2014-15 and be in the top half of the SEC.
