there was not at the time, Kim's program would have committed the actual egregious violations because they would have been notified that the internships did not pass muster and sent student athletes anyway. Of course they were not actually that incompetent and absurd, because there wasn't an NCAA investigation underway when Kim was hired. But most of the violations in that probation occurred under Kim.

We also had issues with a tutor giving improper academic support to a number of men's basketball players under Kim which resulted in NCAA penalties.
