I did not have the exact amount or extent ingrained in my memory no care to go through the video footage again...and did not deny that he did not resist at all.

He did not resist while he was on the sidewalk.

He was not resisting for most of the time he was on the ground and cuffed...he for sure was not resisting as he went unconscious.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
